DECISIONS ON APPEALS AGAINST THE RESULTS OF THE CALL FOR APPLICATIONS FOR SUBSIDISED STUDENT ACCOMMODATION FOR THE 2026/2027 ACADEMIC YEAR

The Appeals Committee has issued decisions on the appeals received concerning the results of the Call for Applications for Subsidised Student Accommodation for the 2026/2027 academic year:

• Appeals Upheld – Eligibility for Student Dormitory Accommodation Granted
• Appeals Upheld – Eligibility for Student Dormitory Accommodation Not Granted
• Appeals Conditionally Approved
• Appeals Rejected

Students who have been granted the right to accommodation in a student dormitory may move in between 7 September and 21 September 2026, only upon presentation of a certificate confirming completion of the required medical examination!

As an exception, students who have not undergone the medical examination with a school or university physician may have the examination performed by their general practitioner in their place of residence. Upon presenting the certificate issued by their general practitioner, they may temporarily move into a student dormitory until they complete the examination with the designated school or university physician.
